This Privacy Policy explains how Veterans Life Coverage ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you complete our eligibility check.

Information We Collect

Your contact information (name, phone number, email), your quiz answers (state, age, military status, branch of service, current coverage, who the coverage is for, general health rating), the consent language you agreed to, and technical information (IP address, device, pages viewed, ad click IDs).

How We Use It

To connect you with a licensed insurance agent, verify your phone number, send messages about your request, measure the performance of our ads, and comply with law.

How We Share It

Your request goes to one licensed insurance agent in your state. Your information is never sold or passed to other agents, brokers or call centers. We also use trusted service providers to run this site, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram) for advertising, as described below.

California law may treat sharing with your agent and with Meta as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out at any time on our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page.

Sharing With Meta for Advertising

When you visit our site, Meta receives a page-view event with your page address, browser and IP information, and advertising cookie IDs. When you confirm your phone number by text code, we also share that confirmation with Meta, together with your name, phone number, email, city, state, ZIP code, date of birth or gender (when provided) and a visitor ID. These details are scrambled (hashed) before they are sent. Meta uses them to match the confirmation to the ad you saw, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to find them useful.

We never send your quiz answers or health information to Meta. We do not send this information for visitors in regions that require prior consent, when the region is unknown, or when you have opted out.

How to opt out: visit our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page at any time, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. Opting out does not affect your request to speak with an agent. Contact consent is separate.

Your Rights

You may request access, deletion, or correction of your information, opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, and limit the use of your sensitive personal information (your general health rating). Submit a request on our Do Not Sell or Share My Info page.

Data Retention

We keep lead and consent records for at least 5 years, or longer if required by law.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
